Why we built OnCallFix.
We've all been there. A pipe bursts. The lock jams. The boiler conks out on a Sunday night. You start ringing round numbers from a 2018 fridge magnet, getting voicemails or two-week waits or quotes that feel like they were picked out of thin air.
On the other side, there are thousands of brilliant, reliable tradespeople doing top-quality work who can't find enough of the right kind of customer. Lead sites charge them money for jobs that never materialise. Reviews get gamed. Trust gets eroded.
OnCallFix fixes both problems at once. Customers get verified local tradespeople in minutes, with live tracking, in-app messaging and secure payment. Tradespeople get real jobs from real customers, with no lead fees and no chasing invoices.
